"Our small city has a lot to offer, as some of you already know.  From the waterfront parks to new ones like the Southwest Park, just around the corner from our building (see rendering and map above), Hoboken offers easily accessible outdoor space.  Some of the things I love most about Hoboken, is its everchanging landscape with new and established businesses, tons of restaurants, specialized fitness centers, and growing options for childcare and recreation. Equally as important is our city's close proximity to NYC and Jersey City.  It is very easy to get to work for many, making us a great place to keep our families close and commutes short.  If you have not visited our mile square yet, I strongly recommend you do and see for yourself.  Consider a visit for Hoboken’s Annual Art & Music Festival on May 3rd from 11am-6pm. For those of you that know Hoboken, we have larger homes available, making it a comfortable stay for your family long term."
